Order Acceptance Policy

- Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted; we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.

- All orders received are subject to acceptance by DAISY CHEERS SDN BHD and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.

 

 

Consent to Transfer and Submission

DAISY CHEERS SDN BHD is operated from Malaysia. If you are located outside Malaysia, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to Malaysia. By using the Web Site or otherwise providing us with information, you hereby consent to this transfer.

 

 

Indemnity

You agree to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify us against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your PC or internet access account.

 

 

Severance

If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

 

 

Delivery Policy

Regional Order  

Due to logistic issues, we DO NOT offer regional order to other states or country at this moment.

 

Delivery Area

Our Delivery Area encompasses almost all of the areas within Klang Valley (please note that some of the areas will require additional delivery charges). Please refer to Delivery Information Page for delivery availability and applicable charges.

 

Delivery Time
- For orders received before 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.

- For orders received after 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery; otherwise it will be made the next day.

(If you place your orders after 1.00pm and require same day delivery, we'd gladly try our best to assist. Please call us directly at +(60)3 5611 0522)

- Our operation hours for Monday to Saturdays are 9:00AM – 7:00PM and we are closed on Sunday. Hence, orders received on Saturdays, after 1.00pm, or on Sundays, will be made the following Monday or next working day.

- We do accommodate special deliveries on Sundays or Malaysian Public Holidays. Please contact us directly at [email protected] or +(603) 5611 0522 to make special arrangements. Otherwise, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

- However, in some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will deliver the order soonest possible on the date specified.

- For all orders for wreaths or sympathy flowers, the time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order, and the flowers are delivered only after the funeral, we are not hold responsible to make any refunds or cancellations.

- Daisy Cheers Sdn Bhd or www.dcfloristngift.com will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 2 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.

 

Delivery during Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) days in advance.

Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.

 

Delivery Practice

  1. For delivery to office, we will deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague
  2. For delivery to house, we will deliver to recipient family member
  3. For delivery to college/university campus, please provide us recipient's friend contact number   for arrangement.
  1. The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given & there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient
  2. The address is incorrect.
  3. Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
  4. Refusal from the recipient (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made)
  5. During peak festivals such as Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year where high demand for delivery is expected
  6. Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control

 

 

Super Peak Season Price Adjustment Policy
During the super peak season specifically Valentine's Day (14th-February), due to the high demand worldwide, the flower cost especially Roses will be increased multi-fold. Hence, DAISY CHEERS florist & gift reserved the right to increase price accordingly during the Valentine's Day period.

We'll adjust the product price 3 weeks before the Valentine's Day, and will ONLY accept order from our Valentine's Day Collections for Valentine's Day period delivery (at least 5 days before Valentine's Day, during Valentine's Day (14th February and  15th February). DAISY CHEERS florist & gift reserved the right the reject and refund to customer if the order placed before the price adjustment which will be happened 3 weeks before the Valentine's Day. 

For order placed outside of the Valentine's Day Collections which the delivery date fall on Valentine's Day period (at least 5 days before Valentine's Day, during Valentine's Day (14th February and  15th February), DAISY CHEERS reserved the right to reject and refund to customer for the order.

 


Substitution Policy
DAISY CHEERS reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable. However, we will not replace the main flowers chosen (For example, if the choice of the main flowers is red roses, we will substitute with a different color but not to substitute with different type of flowers ie. Lily)

All the may include:

- Some of the flowers might be seasonal items. We reserve the right to replace similar pricing items and colors with your purchase if necessary.

- Accessories, dolls, basket etc. could be varying by production batch. 

- Website images are for reference only, may be a little difference in color and paper

- Flower and items shown are subjected to stock availability. We reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is equal or higher value under such circumstances.

 

 

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will either provide a free replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order. There will be a processing charge of 50% of the purchase price for any refund given by DAISY CHEERS Florist & Gift. Hence, the refund amount will be the purchase price less 50%.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.

  

 

Cancellation

A cancellations fee of 55% of the selling price will be levied on orders cancelled upon confirmation.

The management reserved the right to amend any of the above without any prior notification. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means including, but not limited to, posting online. Your continued use of this website after such notice shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes, modifications or additions. DAISY CHEERS SDN BHD shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this website, including, but not limited to, content text, image, photographs, graphics, displays, information on or at the website, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.
